Shaun T’s INSANITY MAX:30 is 30 hard-out minutes of killer cardio and
Tabata-style strength workouts. You don’t need any equipment apart from a
mat (but you’ll definitely need a towel or two). MAX:30 is not about finishing
the workout without stopping—it’s about seeing how far you can go
before you max out.
The goal is to work as hard as you can until you cannot do any more reps with proper form – that’s “maxing out”. Once you have maxed out, take a quick break and get back into the workout. Always push yourself a bit further each time you workout. Most people can’t do the full 30 minutes. Even Shaun T can’t get through an entire workout without maxing out!
INSANITY MAX:30 is very challenging. With each workout, Shaun T drives you to beat your last MAX OUT time and push on toward the ultimate goal – a healthier, more confident and fitter YOU! And, if you have any physical limitations, there is a modifier to help you get the same intense workout with modified moves!
