The Perfect Power Smoothie

Need to add a little “ummph” added into your morning or recovery post workout? Try this POWER SMOOTHIE that I love using Power Up Snacks.

I use this POWER SMOOTHIE recipe when: 

  1. I am post workout
  2. In a hurry and need a meal. (It’s the perfect replacement)
  3. Breaking my intermittent fast as my first “meal” of the day

What I love about this recipe is how dense and nutrient rich it is! I get tons of protein and balance servings of other nutrients that make for a nourishing drink that tastes great. 


THE RECIPE

1 Cup of ICE

1 Cup of MILK (I use a non-dairy option such as Pea Milk or Walnut Milk)

8oz of COCONUT YOGURT

1/4 Cup of PROTEIN SMOOTHIE MIX  (I use Strawberry Banana Daily Sunshine or Pumpkin Spice Shakeology)

1/2 Cup of POWER UP HIGH ENERGY TRAIL MIX

You could also add:

1 Scoop Bulletproof Collagen Protein

1 tbsp Bulletproof Brain Octane Oil
