I use this POWER SMOOTHIE recipe when:
- I am post workout
- In a hurry and need a meal. (It’s the perfect replacement)
- Breaking my intermittent fast as my first “meal” of the day
What I love about this recipe is how dense and nutrient rich it is! I get tons of protein and balance servings of other nutrients that make for a nourishing drink that tastes great.
1 Cup of ICE
1 Cup of MILK (I use a non-dairy option such as Pea Milk or Walnut Milk)
8oz of COCONUT YOGURT
1/2 Cup of POWER UP HIGH ENERGY TRAIL MIX
You could also add:
1 Scoop Bulletproof Collagen Protein
1 tbsp Bulletproof Brain Octane Oil
